Fringe Bracelet

Wishing Spring into being only worked for a mere 4 amazing days.  I think Winter knew the plot against him and came back with a vengeance and 6 inches of icy snow.  So in day dreaming about warm weather working with a fresh technique I have created this bright statement bracelet.
